Ryan trained with Cushman & Wakefield, from 1999, in their retail warehouse, leisure, valuation, rent review and investment departments. He joined leading niche investment agency Franc Warwick in 2006 until he started Springer Nicolas with Alexis in October 2012.

Ryan focuses across all sectors nationally, including the acquisition and disposal of portfolios and individual properties both on and off market to meet clients' individual investment objectives.

He advises a variety of clients including institutions, developers, property companies and private investors.

Following a successful professional football career with Chelsea FC and Brighton & Hove Albion, Alexis worked briefly at niche agency Ereira Mendoza before joining leading niche investment agency Franc Warwick in 2007. Alexis started Springer Nicolas with Ryan in October 2012.

Alexis specialises in both sales and acquisitions throughout the UK in a number of varied sectors and has been particularly active within the Central London area and national retail markets.

Alexis advises a loyal client base which includes a variety of UK institutions, property companies and overseas investors.
